The project plan was to request an apartment project on this site and the project question was to reach a structure that could answer several environmental issues in the area. Questions such as: how to change an apartment typology and multiply it into a villa pattern along the height, in such a way that the air flow and visibility will pass through it and the air flow between the sea and the mountains of the site will not be interrupted through the construction of the project. Also, the massing of the project should be in such a way that it blinds the view between the two sides of the site as little as possible so the project works in a porous manner. The residential pattern has changed from an apartment pattern to high-rise villas in such a way that a villa with its own typology can be formed on any plot of land. In this model, villa units are defined with private yards, instead of dense apartment buildings. The expansion of this typology is in search of an alternative method of construction in this geography of Iran.
