The Hitra office and commercial building in Tehran aimed to revive communal spaces lost to high-rise construction. Jelokhan urban voids were demolished, but the project sought to restore the win-win relationship between all parties by redefining regulations and reviving the past. The design created a dynamic, city-focused building with subtle transitions from the passive void to the facade. The brick module facade formed a spectrum of openings that adjusted light penetration to the offices. The project aimed to offer a win-win solution for challenging issues shaping Tehran's future.
